Staff can issue, renew, pause, and cancel memberships directly from the admin panel, no developer involvement needed. Every member has a unified profile showing their active plan, visit history, and payment record in one place.
QR Check-Ins
Each active member is issued a unique QR code tied to their subscription. At the facility entrance, staff scan the code and the system confirms validity in real time. No printed passes, no manual registers, no disputes at the door.
Personal Trainer Tracking
PT sessions are managed as a layer on top of memberships. Trainers are assigned to members, sessions are logged, and the admin panel gives operators a clear view of attendance and utilisation across the team, making scheduling and accountability straightforward.
Payments
Subscription purchases and renewals go through Tap Payment Gateway, with automatic activation on payment confirmation. Failed or lapsed payments surface in the admin panel for follow-up, so no revenue slips through unnoticed.
Access Control
The platform uses a role-based access model where each staff member sees only what their role requires. Front-desk staff handle check-ins and member lookups; trainers manage their own sessions; administrators have full platform oversight. Sensitive billing and member data stays appropriately restricted at every level.
